Bologna: Zampol Zaffone [in the employ of Hannibal Malpiglius?], for Sigismundus de Libris, 1476. Folio.
L. Sighinolfi, ‘Francesco Puteolano e le origini della stampa in Bologna e in Parma', Bibliofilia, 15 (1913-14), 263-6, 331-44, 383-92, 451-67, at p. 459-60 published an undated notarial document which links this edition with Hannibal Malpiglius; Sighinolfi suggests, at p. 344, that Zampol Zaffone is a pseudonym used by Malpiglius; BMC suggests that Zampone was a compositor or foreman in Malpiglius's shop.

[Nuremberg: Anton Koberger, c.1485]. Broadside.
A copy of this indulgence in Uppsala UB was taken from the original binding of Bromyard, Summa praedicantium (1485). The state of the type points to its being slightly later than that year (BMC); often found printed on one sheet together with E 801, according to GW.
