The recto and verso have different settings of the same texts, including the hymn ‘Stella celi exstirpavit'; see Chevalier, Rep. hymn., 19438; AH 31 no. 207. Leaf 1r, l. 1: ‘exitus mei ſacroſanctum [ ] | pus et ſāguinē tuū ad rem[ ] | onem . . .'; l. 14: ‘Pro peſte oratio. | [ ]tella celi exſtirpa[ ] | lactauit domin[ ] | . . . pestē quam planta[ ]'; leaf 1v, l. 1: ‘[ ]tus mei ſacro āctū corpus.'; l. 14: ‘Pro peſte oratio. | [ ]tella celi exſtirpauit . . .'; l. 17: ‘ . . . plātauit primus.’ Provenance: Harold Marshall (twentieth century).
