Size of leaf: 307 × 205 mm. Copious early marginal notes at the beginning of the volume. On a2r an initial is supplied in interlocked red and blue on a blue background with yellow highlighting and some pen-flourishing, extending into the inner, upper, and lower margins. Principal initials are supplied in colours with pen-flourishing, sometimes depicting grotesque heads or human figures. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue; red capital strokes and underlining. Provenance: Brussels, Carthusians; on a1r a partly deleted inscription: ‘Liber Cartusiæ Bruxellensis'.
