Provenance (of A 9.17 Linc.): John Holloway (fl. 1609); cancelled inscription on title-page: ‘Liber Johannis Holloway emptus Oxonii 9 die Decembris Anno Domini 1609 . . .' Thomas Barlow (1607-1691).
