a–m8 n4. The title-page and a2 are unsigned, a3 is signed aii. Types: 96 G, 83 B, 65 G* (not as GW). In the diagram on c2r, a few words are printed in a gothic type measuring c.80 mm. Five woodcuts and five woodcut diagrams; woodcut initials.
