Gordon Duff, Printing in England in the Fifteenth Century, with supplementary descriptions, chronologies and a census of copies by Lotte Hellinga (London, 2009) in Journal of the Early Book Society, 13 (2010), 296-8 at 297) suggests that this work was printed by Hugo Goes in c.1506.
