The centre of leaf [l6] is mutilated; [l7, 8] are damaged by fire.
Binding: Nineteenth-century English blind-tooled calf, by Charles Hering.
Size: 261 × 195 × 60 mm.
Size of leaf: 253 × 181 mm.
Occasional early marginal notes in red and brown ink, extracting key words; a few sixteenth-century marginal notes.
Initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; red capital strokes and underlining.
Provenance: Francis Edward Norris (1885-1966).

Misbound in the following order: [h1-9], [k2-6], [h10], gathering [i], [k1], gatherings [l]-[n], [o1-9], gatherings [q]-[t], [v1], [o10], gathering [p], [v2-12].
Binding: Nineteenth-century calf (c.1825), the spine gold-tooled; bound for the Bodleian Library; the gold stamp of the Library on both covers.
Size: 230 × 180 × 50 mm.
Size of leaf: 222 × 162 mm.
On [a3r] an initial is supplied in red with reserved white decoration and pen-work infill (drawing of two fish); other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; red capital strokes and underlining.
Provenance: On [D12v] incomplete and cancelled ownership inscriptions in a sixteenth/seventeenth-century hand: ‘Fratr[is] Ludo' and ‘Iste lib'.
