On a1v a two-line initial ‘K' is supplied in red; paragraph marks are supplied in red.
Provenance: Cancelled inscription on a1r.
Pietro-Antonio Bolongaro-Crevenna (1735-1792); printed label of sale, largely torn away; sale catalogue (1789), part II lot 1359; in the annotated sale catalogue marked down to ‘V. Ommeren' for Fl. 1, the equivalent of £0. 1. 9, according to the exchange rate used by Thomas Payne at the sale.
