Leaves a2 –a5, b8, z4.5 and K8 overlaid with vegetal tissue, probably in the late nineteenth century at the instigation of E. W. B. Nicholson, Bodley's Librarian. Binding: Eighteenth-century mottled calf; marbled pastedowns; rebacked. Formerly chained: staple-marks of a hasp at head of the upper cover. Size: 270 × 190 × 60 mm. Size of leaf: 259 × 175 mm. On k8v copious marginal notes in the hand of Nathaniel Crynes. A few marginal notes in Latin. Provenance: Inscription on a3v: 'Robertus ... possidet | Teste ...'
