C-365(1) Copy Binding: Eighteenth-century parchment dyed red, the spine an eighteenth-century repair of leather (French?), gold-tooled; a gilt roll on both covers from the time of the repair; Buntpapier pastedowns; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers. Size: 405 × 293 × 26 mm. Size of leaf: 398 × 278 mm. On [a1r] a ten-line initial is supplied in blue with pen-flourishing in red. Other initials, paragraph marks, running headlines, and signatures are supplied in red; red capital strokes and underlining. Provenance: Unidentified house of friars; on the front endleaf inscription: ‘Tempore Vicariatus Fratris Michaelis Hetzgeri Hic Clementinarum Liber, a quadam honesta Matrona Conuentui sponte fuit oblatus 1605, dum Jubilȩum celebrabatur'.
