Size of leaf: 313 × 204 mm. Parchment endleaves from a thirteenth-century manuscript of a treatise on canon law. On a1v a contemporary Latin translation of Carteromachus's poem; in the Lexicon, contemporary notes in Latin and Greek, with additions and references to the Suida Lexicon, according to Professor Vincenzo Fera, all in the Hand of Petrus Candidus. Provenance: Petrus Candidus (†1513); inscription on a2r: ‘Petrus Candidus'. Candidus left his books to Florence, Camaldolese, S. Maria Angelorum; on a2r: ‘Monasterii Angelorum S. Camaldul' ordinis'.
