Size: 325 × 210 × 50 mm. Size of leaf: 311 × 198 mm. A few contemporary marginal notes, mainly noting the Latin authors which are employed, but also making a few lexicographical observations; in continuation of the printed foliation, foliation in arabic numerals, from folio 128. Binding: Eighteenth-century red morocco by Kalthoeber, with his label inside front endleaf; a narrow, a wide, and a narrow fillet form a frame; in the centre, stamped with the arms of Spencer impaling Bingham quartering Turberville; single fillets on edges of boards; Greek key tool on turn-ins; edges of leaves gilt; marbled pastedowns. Size: 320 × 210 × 40 mm. Size of leaf: 304 × 188 mm. In continuation of the printed foliation, foliation in roman numerals, from folio 128.
