=561 \\$aProvenance: Henry Huth and his son Alfred Henry Huth, their leather bookplate, inscribed "Ex Musaeo Huthii", on upper pastedowns. =561 \\$aThe descriptions of the book in the Huth Library catalogues infer that this is the copy seen by Antonio Panizzi in the Royal Society of London, which in the late 15th-century belonged to Bilibald [i.e. Willibald] Pirckheimer's of Nuremberg, was sold as part of Pirckheimer's library in 1636 to Thomas Howard, 14th earl of Arundel, by Pirckheimer's heirs, the Imhoffs, and was subsequently donated together will all Arundel's printed books to the Royal Society of London by Henry Howard, sixth duke of Norfolk, in 1667. No proof of such provenance can be found in the book, though, but it might have been lost when the book was rebound for Huth in the 19th century.$5UkCU
