Early marginal annotations in Greek and Latin, providing the Greek form of some words and a few supplementary entries. On k4v inscriptions in a seventeenth-century German hand: ‘Panegyris Coenobii Lisbornensis aucthore fratri Petro Coloniensi', followed by 4 hexameters, incipit: ‘Lisborn eximias referunt tibi prata virenti | te providens nitidis lucentia gramina dorsis . . .'; ‘ ἀνέχου καὶ ἀπέξου , sustine et abstine, Leidt und Meidt | . . .'; the same Greek motto also occurs in H‑124; and a Sapphic strophe, with the heading, ‘Venit post multas una serena dies', with incipit: ‘Dum tibi vernat humilis aetas . . .’
On a2r a five-line initial is supplied in red, with reserved white decoration. Other initials, paragraph marks, and capital strokes are supplied in red.
Provenance: Possibly Liesborn, Westphalia, Benedictines, SS. Cosmas, Damianus, et Simeon; see the verse quoted above.
