Binding: Nineteenth-century reversed calf, rebacked. At the tail of the spine a round label with the lot number ‘3003' is pasted onto a wider round label with ‘W. [c. 6.]'.

Four- to six-line initials are supplied in interlocked red and blue at the beginning of each chapter. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue.
