  2. a2r Accursius: Glossa ordinaria. Incipit: ‘  “[I]n nomine domini.” Incipit a deo ut infra de officio prefecti . . . testem habeant. Id est dicant se liberatos potestate . . .’ Explicit: sed si parens. Accursius.
  3. a4v [Clarius, Hieronymus: Summaria.] Incipit: ‘  “Habeat.” Quilibet in sua vltima voluntate libere potest de bonis suis . . .’ The Summaria precede the gloss, but do not begin until I 2.1. GW VII, col. 150: these are excerpts from the lectures of Bartolus de Saxoferrato, Baldus de Ubaldis, Bartholomaeus Salicetus, Alexander de Tartagnis, Odofredus de Denariis, Paulus de Castro, Cinus de Pistorio, and others.
  4. m4v ‘Constitutio Greca.’ Incipit: ‘[A]learum usus antiqua res est et extra opera pugnatoribus concessa . . .’ Explicit: omnes penitus conquiescant. Inserted between books 3 and 4.

Marginal notes, extracting key words, correcting and commenting on the text (including references to Bartolus), and pointing hands in a number of early German(?) hands, in red and brown ink. On h7v a note introduced by the formula ‘VC', in red ink. Initials are supplied in blue or red.
