Size: 186 × 136 × 8 mm. Size of leaf: 182 × 132 mm. On the front endleaf a bibliographical note by F. Madan, dated 23 May 1903. The device on a1r is painted in several colours. On a2r a two-line initial ‘P' is supplied in green within a square gold ground edged in red. Provenance: Sir George Webbe Dasent (1817-1896). Oxford Archaeological and Heraldic Society; presented by Dasent in 1839; inscription on a label pasted on the front pastedown; inscription on the recto of the front endleaf: ‘Presented to the Oxford Archælogical and Heraldic Society by George Webbe Dasent.
