1. P-112(1) Copy Wanting [a1], presumably blank. Misbound in the following order: [a2,8,7, h, c, d, k–m, n_{1-3, 6-8}, f, i, b1-4, a3-6, b5-8, e, g, o2-9, l, n4,5, o10]. Binding: Eighteenth/nineteenth-century half calf over marbled pasteboards; turquoise-edged leaves. Size: 300 × 220 × 250 mm. Size of leaf: 289 × 210 mm. On [a2v] two words in Greek are supplied by an early hand in the space provided. A few other marginal notes, extracting key words, and interlinear notes, providing corrections to the text. On [a2r] a four-line initial ‘D' is supplied in gold surrounded by an Italian white vine-stem border on a blue, red, and green ground extending from the area defined by the letter into the margin, forming a border surrounded by red, green, and blue wash and gold dots. Other initials are supplied in red or blue. Provenance: Unidentified coat of arms on [a2r]: per fess azure and argent, in chief a crescent of the second, in base a rose (?) gules. Giacomo Lucchesini (1753-1820); erased inscription on front pastedown: ‘Di Giacomo Lucchesini'. Giuseppe Molini; label on the inside of the upper cover.
