Binding: Eighteenth-century blind-tooled calf; backed with parchment; the title, printer's name, and date on red and green leather labels on the spine; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers.
Size: 332 × 233 × 57 mm.
Size of leaf: 324 × 216 mm.
Frequent marginal notes throughout in a contemporary cursive north-east Italian humanistic hand in black and red, extracting key words and phrases, and proper names, and supplying brackets, corrections to the text, missing Greek words, volume numbers in the upper margin, and comments on the text (not drawing on the printed commentaries). A few notes in a contemporary cursive hand, providing brackets, underlinings, pointing hands, and missing initials. Page numbering in a sixteenth-century hand.
