Incipit: ‘Iste est libellus editus a doctoribus Salerniensibus in quo inscribuntur multa et diuersa pro conseruatione sanitatis humane, et editus est iste liber ad vsum regis Anglie . . .’ The commentary follows after every few lines of the text.
