Binding: Nineteenth-century French gold-tooled red morocco, bound by Simier: vine border, spine powdered with gold; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers; gilt-edged leaves; marbled pastedowns; green silk bookmark. Size: 270 × 182 × 20 mm. Size of leaf: 263 × 168 mm. Folio numbering in roman figures supplied in a seventeenth-century(?) hand. Provenance: Partially obliterated armorial stamp ([ ]. A. L.?).
