Binding: Nineteenth/twentieth-century half parchment over marbled pasteboards. ‘M. S. De Medicina' in brown ink along the fore-edge.
Size: 305 × 215 × 50 mm.
Size of leaf: 300 × 203 mm.
Some marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, but also providing corrections to the text, running alphabetical letters, foliation: 1-232, and references to page numbers in the index of contents, in a sixteenth-century(?) humanist hand, in red and brown ink.
Provenance: Paolo Garelli (nineteenth century).
