Incipit: ‘Ho habuto illustrissimo et excellentissimo signore sempre et uoluntieri in lanimo mio questo studio . . .’ The author claims that he found this text in Spain; the content of this letter is also found in his dedicatory letter of Le Signerre's edition of Specchio dell'anima, 24 Mar. 1498, a work translated from Spanish by Ludovicus Besalo; see BMC VI 789.
