Incipit: ‘[I]ntellexi Ioannes cum alias non nunquam tum uero impraesentiarum accidere . . .’ Olzina's name as dedicatee only appears in the printed editions, while the work was originally dedicated to Johannes Tortellius, as it is evident from the manuscript tradition; see M. Regoliosi, ‘Due nuove lettere di Lorenzo Valla', Italia medioevale e umanistica, 25 (1982), 151-88, at 175; at 169-71 the edition of the opening.

Size of leaf: 202 × 133 mm. Copious marginal notes, washed, mainly extracting key words, in a humanist hand in light brown ink.
