Occasional marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, in an early German(?) humanist hand in brown ink. Principal initials are supplied in blue with reserved white decoration and red pen-work decoration (Dutch or Rheinland?) with extensions into the margin; paragraph marks, capital strokes, word divisions, and punctuation are supplied in red. Provenance: Unidentified monogram, in a nineteenth-century(?) hand in brown ink, on a2r: ‘E. G. C.'
